Bursaries and funding

Information on available bursaries and funding to study an HFMA qualification

The HFMA's equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) bursary

Equality, diversity and inclusion are key components of the HFMA’s new strategy. We are pleased to offer 20 learners from under-represented groups who are working in the NHS a 75% funded bursary towards an HFMA diploma. This EDI bursary is principally targeted at three specific groups that the association has identified through our research and member feedback. These are:

  • individuals from ethnic minorities
  • individuals who have a disability
  • individuals working within agenda for change bands 2 to 6.

The HFMA will consider applications for the bursary from individuals who put forward a case for other under-represented groups not included above.
