Letsie has worked in senior NHS finance management roles for 30 years including 20 years as a board-level finance director. She gained a good reputation for strong leadership, creating robust financial management, and maintaining financial stability in times of significant turbulence and change. She has a wide range of experience, having worked in acute, community, mental health and learning disabilities services organisations and an NHS clinical commissioning group (CCG). She also has worked for Price Waterhouse (PWC) and in local government.
Over many years, Letsie developed a special interest in finance staff training and development and NHS patient costing and has a national reputation for her work in both these areas. She has always been strongly committed to improving NHS leadership and staff development.
