NHS England and NHS Improvement have set out proposals to replace the current rules for procuring NHS healthcare services with a set of more flexible arrangements that are intended to better support the NHS ambition for greater integration and collaboration between NHS organisations and their partners, while reducing administrative bureaucracy.
