Case studies

The Institute is working with a number of NHS organisations across the UK to produce case studies of their work to share with all member organisations.

The case studies offer insight into the practice of different NHS organisations who are working to address a number of challenges around costing and value, including unwarranted variation in healthcare and improving the usage of data. These studies offer an opportunity for our members to learn from the experiences of others, as well as for organisations to share their experiences and findings with other colleagues outside of their organisation with the aim of sharing best practice.

If you are interested in writing a case study with the Institute, please email charlie.dolan@hfma.org.uk.
