Annual mental health finance conference 2017

Routes to Success

08 November 2017

110 Rochester Row

Topics on the programme include

  • Carter for MH and community trusts
  • New models of care in tertiary mental health
  • Productivity and efficiency
  • Mental health workforce
  • Service user co-design of acute pathways

Who should attend?

Whilst this conference is designed primarily for Directors of Finance and finance staff working in mental health trusts and commissioners, we have seen in recent years that it has also become of value to colleagues involved in the commissioning of mental health services. With the changes in the NHS landscape we would like to actively encourage commissioning colleagues and clinicians to join us in the debate and discussion and form links across regional and organisational boundaries.
