The mental health finance network is a group of trusts who come together to share experience and expertise, and want to use their combined numbers to try and influence thought and policy in the sector. The network aims to support and represent the interests of finance professionals in organisations delivering mental health and provides an opportunity to work on solutions for common issues.

The programme is developed under the guidance of a steering group consisting of members from mental health trusts from across the county and its activities are devised directly from input from the membership.
