The Policy Summit is attended by all branch and committee chairs and HFMA trustees. It enables individuals in HFMA’s senior membership to debate important issues and to shape HFMA policy, both in terms of internal matters but also its views on key NHS challenges and issues. It aims to involve the branches fully in the affairs of the HFMA and to support the President, Vice President and other spokespeople in establishing the Association's stance on key issues. It meets twice a year.
