Overview
This course explores decision-making in the context of partnership working. While taking account of national policy, the course works through some of the governance issues relating to strategic investment and disinvestment decisions. Once completed, you will be able to analyse approaches to investment and disinvestment and the associated governance arrangements, as well as being able to evaluate policy context and how partnership working is improving patient care services throughout the UK.
This course is suited to those who are managing a budget, clinical staff, operational staff, finance staff and primary care staff.
