Negotiating and managing relationships

Overview

This course explores the decision-making process involved in negotiation in terms of agreeing a deal between two parties and building consensus between multiple organisations. This involves analysing the characteristics of various negotiation techniques for a successful outcome and examining how these ideas can be applied to system-wide negotiation and what factors get in the way.
