This year’s recipients were:

• Kavita Gnanaolivu - A regular at national Financial Management and Research committee meetings and chair of the Wales Branch committee’s local FMR, she was central to the development of the branch research committee.
• Kevin Ross - An active member of the National Payment Systems Special Interest Group since 2005, he has consistently contributed to the group’s work.
• Phil Foster - A member of the FT Finance Technical Issues Group, his contribution has been vital, including in responses to proposed changes to public dividend capital dividend and VAT in contracted-out services.

Two members who were unable to attend were also honoured:

• Cathy Kennedy A passionate advocate of the HFMA, she was a trustee for six years and leads the Commissioning Faculty.
• Michael Creaton He has made a big contribution to the FT TIG, including publications, consultation responses and the data collection template work.
