Join us for an online mindfulness workshop that will empower participants with top mindful tips and tools on how to recognise and manage stress on a day to day basis.

This 90 minute online workshop will cover mind-body connection and the importance of reducing chronic stress. From self-reflection to self care, tips and tools that you can take away and implement in your day to day, this session aims to support participants in having a greater awareness of their stress level and how to effectively manage stress.
