At South West FSD we realise there are great opportunities to really make a difference. We are committed to ensuring that high quality services in financial management are provided throughout the NHS and as it continues to undergo great change, so must we.
Our locally developed FSD programmes are continually tailored to meet the needs of the ever changing landscape in which we work. An extensive range of comprehensive developmental opportunities are designed and delivered during the year to support both finance and non-finance staff within NHS South West throughout all stages of their careers. Working closely with our regional FSD Board and FSD Leads we take great pride in ensuring our programmes reflect requirements from all organisations and provide both a local representation as well as a national view. As well as being excellent professional development, the South West FSD programmes provide valuable opportunities to network across the region.
South West FSD has great pleasure in working closely with the HFMA South West Branch to ensure our training and development offering succinctly complements each other. Our close working partnership has recently led to the launch of the HFMA South West Accreditation Scheme, a formal recognition that your organisation is committed to providing learning and development opportunities to its finance staff as well as enhancing your reputation as an employer of choice.
Through access to HFMA’s comprehensive networks, extensive experience and expertise in the design and delivery of high quality training and CPD coupled with a strong administrative team, we ensure the provision of outstanding FSD support is available for all South West organisations.
