Preparing the NHS annual report and accounts (England) - how you may be asked to help
This module helps learners to understand the importance of the annual report and accounts, how it is prepared and who will be involved in that process. It is intended to provide people outside of the team who prepare the annual report and accounts with the knowledge of what is required and why it is so important to meet the deadlines speciﬁed.
Who will benefit?
Budget holders, operational managers, business managers, administrative staff and those new to NHS ﬁnance. Anyone who may be asked for information which is subsequently included in the annual report and accounts.
If you are studying towards the Introductory Award in Healthcare Finance this module can be counted alongside the compulsory module 'NHS finance (England) - an overview of NHS finance, the challenges and future of the NHS' as one of your five modules.
What happens after I have completed my purchase?

When you want to start your learning, simply visit www.hfma.org.uk/elp, click ‘Redeem voucher'’ and enter the voucher code. You will then be prompted to choose your login details, which you will use to access your e-learning on subsequent visits.
The voucher code we provide is valid for one year and once it is redeemed on the e-learning site you have one year to complete the course.
