The 2 ½ hour Zoom session will be both informative and interactive.

Surviving 2021

The first session with Kevin Meaney will explore the impact of the challenging last twelve months on our feelings, emotions and behaviors. Kevin will then help you identify and implement strategies that will promote general mental and physical wellbeing in both yourself and others.

Boost UP 

The second session with John Sunderland-Wright will provide practical tools and techniques to build your personal resilience. These tools positively impact on physiological, emotional, cognitive resilience and well-being. The session is backed up by the latest research into neuroscience and HRV science.  You will get to practice simple and easy to use techniques (that only take minutes) but bring immediate benefits in building your resilience and dealing with the stresses of work and home.

• The skills of mindfulness and how to meditate
