The NHS have been innovators and world leaders in healthcare for a long time however this does not necessarily mean that we are the best at converting the innovation into business as usual. Innovation doesn’t have to be about inventing something new, it is about adopting and standardising best practice. With many cases of best practice across the NHS, the West Midlands branch have shaped this years conference around the three streams of finance, innovation and technology, asking the question: is our current approach fit for the future?

The HFMA West Midlands branch looks forward to welcoming you back to this year's annual conference. This one day event followed by a gala dinner will bring colleagues from across the region together to reconnect, reflect and learn as we adapt to the changing world of the NHS.

The committee are currently creating the conference programme, details will be shared shortly.
