Event / Managing your mindset: Navigating organisational change

The HFMA is aware that it is a time of significant change and uncertainty for many people working in commissioning and we want to support our members and colleagues through this period. Therefore we are now able to offer a series of FREE development workshops to support you in navigating the changes, if your role is directly affected. 

This online workshop, presented by the author of The Confidence Pocketbook, will give you an instant boost if you are feeling uneasy or uncertain about organisational change.  It will also offer lots of ideas and tips to add to your toolkit when facing a range of career and life challenges.

The session will cover the following topics:

• How to feel more in control of your destiny
• Understanding your ‘stress type’
• Ways of boosting your reputation so you are well placed during times of organisational change
• Networking for reluctant networkers
• Building confidence – long term improvements and short term pick-me-ups.

We do ask that you only book onto these events if your role is directly impacted by the new changes to the NHS commissioning landscape and require this support.
