Book nowAbout this event
This forum is designed as an update on NHS finance current priorities covering the role of the non-executive in areas such as costing in the NHS, NHS terminology, governance and NHS structure changes including ICSs/ICBs.
This forum will provide an opportunity to help all those members who are new to their role, as well as existing Non-Executive Directors who may wish to attend for an update.
During the afternoon, delegates will have a chance to play the HFMA boardgame, this is a valuable training tool for NHS staff, whether working in a clinical, financial or board member role. The operating game gives the perfect balance of knowledge transfer, real life examples played in an interactive method to help understand the challenges faced by NHS providers.
Delegates will be encouraged to network with colleagues and interact with the content through Q&A, delegates will also be provided with CPD accredited plenary content as part of a valuable day.
Please note: This event is face-to-face only and the sessions will not be recorded or made available on-demand.
