Provider collaboratives are a key feature in the structure of ICSs providing one way of helping to improve outcomes for patients in partnership.
In Northamptonshire ICS, the establishment of the mental health, learning disability and autism (MHLDA) provider collaborative has enabled NHS providers, primary care and the voluntary sector to work successfully together with service users and carers over a number of years to really make a difference.
