The East of England Specialist Mental Health Provider Collaborative is comprised of six partner NHS organisations spanning the East of England region, with responsibility for commissioning Adult Secure, Eating Disorders and CAMHS Tier 4 services.   

The Collaborative went live on 1 July 2021, so what have we achieved in four months – and what unexpected challenges have we had to face?  Join me to find out, and to talk about the practicalities of setting up and running a new Collaborative,  and the improvements to patient care that we aim to deliver.
