Event / HFMA Eastern Branch: Overcoming barriers to system efficiency planning

We recognise there are challenges to effective system efficiency planning! Model Hospital has evolved and provides a very useful platform to identify efficiency opportunities at a system level now, but tools such as this alone do not derive an effective system efficiency plan.

We would like to invite you to an interactive event with colleagues from NHSEI from the Model Hospital Team, PWC, Devon STP and HFMA to start to understand more about the latest developments in Model Hospital and explore ‘What are the barriers to system efficiency planning?’ and ‘How can we use the insights available to deliver system efficiency?’

The outcomes of these discussions will be used as a publication from the Eastern branch to other HFMA members and for your use to support system developments.

Attendance at this event will allow delegates to contribute to emerging thinking about system efficiency planning and create a better understanding of tools to support system planning as well as providing networking opportunities.
