Session content
Peter will give an update from the national leadership team with a review of the past 12 months and looking ahead at the opportunities and challenges we face and next steps for the NHS.
As Bill returns to the NHS after almost six years working with Bermuda Hospitals Board, he will talk about his lived experience how his life has been one of physical and spiritual growth and change, what challenges were faced, lessons learnt and how this can help in his next stage as newly appointed CFO at NHS Devon Integrated Care Board.
During this session Matthew will talk about how behaviour change within leadership can help embrace the finance agenda and working with clinicians, breaking down barriers through behavioural science and getting you thinking about the different human factors that can help improve healthcare delivery.
Stephen and Richard will reflect on the positive work from 2022 on why they were nominated and shortlisted for the HFMA Director of Finance award and what their teams achieved during a challenging year. Followed by Q&A.
