NHS cost improvement programmes (England) - how quality can be improved or maintained while saving money
This module provides an introduction to cost improvement programmes (CIPs) in the NHS. It explains what CIPs are; how organisations identify and plan them; how CIPs are delivered; how their progress is monitored and how they are assessed and evaluated.
Who will benefit?
Budget holders, clinicians, managers, non-executive directors/ lay members and new NHS finance staff.
If you are studying towards the Introductory Award in Healthcare Finance this module can be counted alongside the compulsory module 'NHS finance (England) - an overview of NHS finance, the challenges and future of the NHS' as one of your five modules.
What happens after I have completed my purchase?
