Introduction to NHS cost improvement programmes (England)

This module provides an introduction to cost improvement programmes (CIPs) in the NHS. It explains what CIPs are; how organisations identify and plan them; how CIPs are delivered; how their progress is monitored and how they are assessed and evaluated.
Who will benefit?
Budget Holders, Primary Care Clinicians, Practice Managers and staff, Non Executive Directors and Lay/Governing Body Members and new starters in NHS ﬁnance.
If you are studying towards the Introductory Award in Healthcare Finance this module can be counted alongside the compulsory module Introduction to NHS Finance as one of your five modules.
What happens after I have completed my purchase?

You will then be prompted to choose your login details, which you will use to access your e-learning on subsequent visits.
The voucher code we provide is valid for one year and once it is redeemed on the e-learning site you have one year to complete the course.
