Leadership Qualities Framework
The NHS Leadership Qualities Framework (LQF) is the preferred framework of the NHS Leadership Centre and sets the standard for senior leaders in all disciplines in the NHS. The Leadership Qualities Diagram sets out fifteen qualities possessed by effective leaders arranged in three groupings.
