At West Midlands FSD we recognise there are great opportunities to really make a difference. We are committed to ensuring that high quality services in financial management are provided throughout the NHS and as it continues to undergo great change, so must we.

Our locally developed FSD programmes are carefully tailored to meet the needs of the ever changing landscape in which we work. An extensive range of comprehensive developmental opportunities are designed and delivered throughout the year to support both finance and non-finance staff within NHS West Midlands during all stages of their careers.

The West Midlands FSD programme provides excellent professional development and valuable opportunities to network across the region. Working closely with our regional FSD Board and FSD Leads we take great pride in ensuring our programmes reflect requirements from all organisations and provide both a local representation as well as a national view.

West Midlands FSD takes great pleasure in working closely with the HFMA West Midlands Branch to ensure our combined training and development offering is complementary and succinct.

Through access to HFMA’s comprehensive networks, extensive experience and expertise in the design and delivery of high quality training and CPD, coupled with a strong administrative team, we ensure the provision of outstanding FSD support is available for all West Midlands organisations.
