The NHS is at one of the most challenging and exciting times in its history, which is why we need 'future finance leaders' who will go from the graduate and apprentice training schemes to take on NHS finance roles.

We currently manage and run three successful schemes, where trainees will be based in either the South Central, South West or West Midlands regions. For further details of our locations, please click on the map.

The regional NHS Finance Management Training Schemes aim to ensure that there is an adequate pool of highly competent, skilled and trained finance professionals, with the potential to succeed in senior and director level roles in each of the regions.

The schemes provide flexible, challenging and high quality training, set demanding standards, offer new challenges; stretch people and build networks and friendships for life. If your interested in becoming a future finance leader then please explore the website for further information on the schemes available and apply to have the opportunity to play your part in leading and delivering change in the NHS.

''Getting the opportunity to work in healthcare has been extremely motivating, you immediately get the feeling that you’re part of something bigger, a cog in a great system that provides a key service that really helps the public. It doesn’t feel like an ordinary job.''

Christopher Brown, West Midlands finance trainee, Coventry and Warwickshire
