​Wish to make a complaint against a member of the Association?

HFMA members are professionals and work within the disciplinary and ethics code agreed by the members at their own AGM. If you wish to make a complaint against a member of HFMA please do not hesitate to contact the Association in complete confidence.

Most problems can be resolved directly with the member concerned. However, if this is not possible, or where you think you have a serious complaint, then please complete this complaints form and guidance and return it to chiefinvestigator@hfma.org.uk or send it to:
