Job Description
“Delivering up to £10 million p.a. for every NHS Trust we work with through care quality and productivity improvements, with guaranteed tangible results in two to six months.”
You’ll be working with bright, driven people on exciting projects with NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers. One day you may be making rapid, sustainable, financially measurable improvements in theatres, and then the next day it could be in outpatients, length of stay, coding or procurement – the opportunities are endless. And you’ll be delivering real bottom line improvements that make a difference and that really change the way care is delivered in the NHS, in your first year alone. Our NHS work is rapidly growing, so we are looking for people that can quickly take responsibility, and have the entrepreneurial skills and personality to progress with us.
The Newton Experience
When you join Newton, you join an organisation with high expectations. And given the harsh reality that the NHS faces a big challenge, our customers work with us to deliver rapid and sustainable improvements in performance and we recruit people that will enjoy meeting that demanding challenge and want to work in a dynamic, high reward environment.
Our people drive our business. It’s the quality of their work, their technical capabilities and their ability to communicate with colleagues and client teams at all levels that makes Newton exceptional. This is why we’ve developed one of the most rigorous recruiting processes in the industry.
We look for people who have ambition and determination, who are confident, interesting, and enthusiastic. People with outstanding academic backgrounds, first-rate technical skills, and the ability to analyse and solve complex problems. On top of this, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator – someone who can mentor, motivate and develop the client teams you work with.
We want people who are not afraid to challenge convention, who innovate and have the conviction to follow through their ideas. At the same time, Newton people have outgoing personalities. They have the ability to get on with all kinds of people and have a broad range of interests outside the office. They enjoy travel, they enjoy their work and they enjoy getting the most out of life.
Newton are proud to have been named as one of the Sunday Times Best Companies to work for 2011, achieving top position in the UK for personal growth with 3 start accreditation status.
