Using Patient Pathway Benchmarking to deliver QIPP

UK Performance Network (UK PN) is improving quality and financial performance across the NHS using national and locally fed LIVE data sets to turn QIPP plans into reality.

The UK PN brings together a resource of ~200 full time data experts supporting over 850 US hospital systems and 50 NHS organisations to help measure and manage performance.   You decide what KPIs are important to you and we build them with limited input needed from Information teams and with a 6 week implementation plan. 

The members of the UK PN agree quarterly themes they have identified in order to collectively design a pathway towards improvement.  Industry and thought leaders from national and international settings focus on education and training of best practice  in that area - taking proven change recipes and helping to design improvement pathways.
