  CNST contributions for 09/10 are much higher predominantly due to 2008/09 out turn is expected to be £600 mil+. Would this give an opportunity to provide for part of the premium costs in 08/09? Is any one following this argument with their external auditors?

  We are currently paying CVI forms to consultant ophthalmologists, but according to notes obtained from their website if they are on a 2003 contract this is included. Has anyone else come across this who could give me some guidance. I have tried HR but they haven't been much help.
