HFMA e-learning
Improving financial management is one of the biggest challenges that the NHS is currently facing but it’s not just finance professionals that need to ensure they keep on top of their CPD.
It’s becoming increasingly important for non-finance staff to get to grips with the finances and to update and develop their financial competence. HFMA have developed a suite of e-learning modules aimed at helping non finance professionals, non-executive directors and finance staff that are new to the NHS to improve their knowledge and understanding of various aspects of NHS Finance. Each module is linked to the KSF and provides relevant underpinning knowledge for the financial management dimension, G4 at levels 1-3.
HFMA E-learning provides training on financial issues and supports executive and non executive directors, senior managers and other non finance staff in helping their organisation to measure up to the KLOE standards and improve their ALE scores.
HFMA E learning involves learning through your desktop – wherever users have internet access. It is hosted on secure web servers so no software installation is required. e-learning has tremendous potential as a highly effective and cost efficient development tool for both finance and non finance staff.
