The Payment by Results Special Interest Group identifies and analyses key Payment by Results issues and responds to policy initiatives.
The group seeks to support practitioners by spreading good practice and providing practical guidance, networking and training opportunities. The Group assists with the development of HFMA products, such as Finance in Practice e-learning module Payment by Results in practice.
The group maintains good links with policy experts in the UK health departments, with key figures from the Department of Health and Audit Commission attending recent meetings. Meetings are held four times a year in London.
