• One of the most important annual events of our branch. This year's title ‘Diamonds are Forever’ is linked to celebrating HFMA’s 60th anniversary. Over the two days, it will focus on some of the tough challenges ahead (particularly in the light of the new Coalition Government) and show some examples of brilliant practice.         The lion, wildebeest, zebra, warthog and others have proved their immense adaptability and success, generation after generation for hundreds and possibly thousands of years in sometimes adverse circumstances. Stephen Berry, author of ‘Strategies of the Serengeti’ will unlock some of their tactics and tips for us as we seek to lead and ‘bring up our young’ in our human organisations.
        
        This will be a highly interactive workshop.
