  • One of the most important annual events of our branch. This year's title ‘Diamonds are Forever’ is linked to celebrating HFMA’s 60th anniversary. Over the two days, it will focus on some of the tough challenges ahead (particularly in the light of the new Coalition Government) and show some examples of brilliant practice. Stephen Berry, author of ‘Strategies of the Serengeti’ will unlock some of their tactics and tips for us as we seek to lead and ‘bring up our young’ in our human organisations.

          This will be a highly interactive workshop.
