HFMA / Monitor Service Line Management Conference

21 October 2008
Venue:
Novotel London West
Overview:

Further to the highly successful Monitor/HFMA conference on service-line management (SLM) held in April, we are pleased to announce part two of this series of conferences sharing new ideas and best practice and pointing to future SLM developments.

This one-day conference will take the concept further and will include case study data and findings from a number of foundation trusts and the US.

Hear from Monitor how SLR/SLM principles are emerging in assessment applications and hear from foundation trusts that are pushing SLM practices to improve their market position.  There will be an opportunity to find out how SLR/SLM has influenced Lord Darzi’s Next Stage Review and how SLM is being used to improve patient satisfaction and patient improvement metrics, both of which lie at the heart of the drive for quality.
