Training and Development 

The aim of Association’s CPD Strategy is to provide a supportive framework in which members can benefit from integrated continuous professional development and support opportunities across the full range of the Association’s activity. The strategy provides a comprehensive approach aimed at supporting finance and non finance  staff through all stages of their careers, through the opportunity for life long learning, career advice and access to a range of development opportunities.

The strategy is based around a range of initiatives including training and development events and programmes, training packages and publications, e-learning, mentoring and coaching.
