HFMA’s publications are wide ranging and include numerous technical papers and books. One of HFMA’s most popular books is ‘The Introductory Guide to NHS Finance,’ aimed at non executives and non finance professionals.

The HFMA Information Services provides an extensive collection of healthcare finance information at your fingertips.
The HFMA’s back catalogue of publications, briefings and guidance*, all accessible for downloading by subscribers.
In addition the Information Service provides access to articles from the HFMA’s monthly members’ magazine Healthcare Finance plus power point presentations from the association’s programme of conferences, seminars and briefings.

E-Learning
HFMA have developed a suite of e-learning modules aimed at helping non finance professionals, non-executive directors and finance staff that are new to the NHS to improve their knowledge and understanding of various aspects of NHS Finance. Each module is linked to the KSF and provides relevant underpinning knowledge for the financial management dimension, G4 at levels 1-3.
