    As a national membership association for senior finance professionals in the NHS, HFMA’s monthly journal, Healthcare Finance is received by our 4000 membership audience of finance managers and directors. The publication is highly regarded for high quality editorial and consists of cutting edge news, features, developments and reviews.

    Website & E Newsletter Banner Advertising:

    The new multi functional website facilitates opportunities for commercial vendors to market to our vast website readership with targeted banner advertising. Advertisements can be targeted by allowing vendors to position their branded banner on any specific page within the entire site. Whether you wish to position within the jobs section, news, events, training or any other specialist page or simply make an overall impact on the homepage we can offer banner positions to focus on any area of the associations work within the NHS finance function.

    This type of banner branding enables high profiling to the finance sector and is an essential mechanism to increase traffic for commercial vendors own websites via the hyperlink facility. The banner link can be directed to specific pages with external sites to expose of case studies or specific product items.

    The HFMA monthly E Newsletters service also facilitates banner advertising for commercial organizations. These newsletters are sent to all members of the association to enable highly effective electronic marketing to the NHS finance community. These banners can also be target driven towards vertical sectors within the market by advertising within the HFMA’s special interest group news newsletters such as the FT, PCT & MH group networks.

    Rates for banners on the website range between £150-200 per week depending on the page position. A minimum of 4 week bookings are also required.

    Rates for E News letter banners range between £300-400 per issue/month depending on the member list optioned.

  • Finance Special Interest Group Partnerships

    The HFMA has a select number of healthcare finance special interest networks that operate at a national level for various types of healthcare business.

    Annual partnership arrangements have been designed around these groups in order to offer commercial organisations with a marketing agenda to influence any of these vertical markets, the opportunity to deliver unparalleled networking and profiling to the key financial decision makers within the group throughout the year.

    Commercial vendors are given access to senior finance professionals within the group through attendance at the quarterly technical and high-level policy forums through the year. This provides an opportunity to hear and discuss prevalent issues in these markets and also importantly facilitates invaluable relationship marketing. Where partner’s expertise is recognized the opportunity is also given to provide technical services to input into relevant work streams of the different strands across the group as long as they fit with a pre-agreed agenda.

    The partnership provides corporate branding on all generic material used to communicate to the group to visually recognize those commercial organizations support as a partner and key sponsor – partners are also recognized as key supporters of the group through branding at all technical events and seminars. Marketing inserts are also delivered to delegates attending all of the group’s events to further ensure of high profiling and brand awareness through the calendar year of the partnership.

    Each finance group hosts their own residential annual conference attracting all the influential decision makers within their specific finance community. The partnership scheme includes an exhibition stand at this event to provide additional marketing opportunities as well as offering the sponsorship of a sub plenary session to provide an opportunity to deliver some thought leadership from partners.

  • Corporate Partner Programme

    It is multi-functional, and designed to either consolidate or expand corporate branding of our partners at the highest level within the NHS Finance arena. It’s main benefits are outlined below:

    Maximum visibility at every level. We aim to involve our corporate partners at every level throughout the association, from the front end of national HFMA initiatives through to branch level. This would include continued recognition within Healthcare Finance, our website and at events and conferences nationally and locally.

    Added-value. At every opportunity relevant, we will give coverage to corporate sponsors through peripheral initiatives not available on our conventional rate-card. Pushing HFMA brand awareness to members and organisations, the branding of our corporate partners and their products/services would be carried with it.

    A tailored package. We would ensure that all CPP packages are tailored to fall in line with existing briefs (if that is your wish). They would include discounted cost involvement with our core initiatives, and all mediums which you felt would easily carry your message, will be considered.

    Personal service. A Business Development team will be in place to ensure the profile of corporate sponsors are pushed at every level.

    Flexibility. There will be a flexible approach taken to the programme, in order to facilitate and react to possible changes for corporate partners and HFMA, both internally and externally.

    One of our key strengths as an organisation is the volunteer effort and activity delivered through our 13-strong Branch network around the UK.  Our Branches are:

    Please note our Branches in England are co-terminus with the SHA regions.

    Each Branch is administered regionally by employed administrators and/or volunteers who themselves are senior finance professionals.  They run a programme of activity that allow organisations that have an agenda in influencing the healthcare finance market in a given region, the opportunity to do that through sponsored educational programmes. 

    The programmes of our branches vary in format and size.  From half day seminars to three day residential conferences our Branch events attract between 50 - 350 senior healthcare finance professionals to any one event.
