Our President - Sue Jacques

Sue Jacques is the Chief Executive and Director of Finance at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. She has been a director for almost 10 years and most recently led the due diligence work in respect of the successful acquisition of community services.

Sue is an active member of the finance community nationally. She has spoken at a number of national conferences organised by Monitor, HFMA and the NHS Confederation on a range of issues, including service line management.

In December 2008 she was awarded the HFMA Finance Director of the Year and was subsequently appointed a trustee of HFMA. The theme for her year as president of the association is ‘Making a difference’.
