Lucy handles the administration for publications. She also supports the operations department in their day to day activities. This includes collating delegate packs and materials for delegates such as badges and handouts, assisting with mail outs, answering the phone and dealing with basic enquiries, contacting delegates for additional booking information, typing up evaluation forms, producing reports.
